Guest Information

If you're coming in from out of town, don't worry! You will have plenty of options for cool things to check out in your down time. There are always a lot of fun things going on in Little Rock in the fall!

Events
  • One thing we look forward to each month is the 2nd Friday Art Walk downtown. It's a chance to walk around downtown and check out the newest exhibits at the Historic Arkansas Museum. They always have a good mix of historic artifacts and modern art exhibitions! October's Art Walk will take place on the 14th!
  • Sculpture at the River Market will be returning for its third year October 14-16. That means there will be lots of fabulous art work to see during the days by the river!
  • If you're looking for breakfast or a snack the morning of the wedding, the Farmer's Market is absolutely worth a stroll through! It takes place on Tuesdays and Saturdays through the summer and fall from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. They have wonderful fresh fruits, vegetabes, homemade bread and jams and lots more! You can even grab your morning coffee!
Eats

  • Rumba is one of our favorite places to eat downtown. (We even wrote a blog post about it!) They've got a great Mexi-Cuban menu and a beautiful patio to enjoy it on if the weather's nice!
  • If you're in the mood for sushi you've got some great options! Hanaroo is a place we frequent for a quick lunch downtown. If you've got a little more time, head up to Sushi Cafe in the Heights for a swank sushi dinner (and be sure to order the wok-fired edamame!)!
  • Bossa Nova is truly an experience! It's Brazilian food created by a true Brazilian and it's all tasty (and toned down a bit for Americans-- no chicken hearts!) Don't leave without trying the cheese bread!
  • Little Rock doesn't get enough recognition for it's pizza! Two local favorites are U.S. Pizza Co. and Damgoode Pies. Trust us, they both are!
